Indianapolis based telecommunication construction company is currently seeking qualified candidates for positions in our Civil Division. We are seeking entry level through foreman.

This division is responsible for excavation, electrical installation, underground utility installation, generator installation, steel platform construction and installation, concrete installation, and directional boring.

Perfect Wireless, Inc. has been a leader of telecommunication construction in the Midwest since 1996. We have serviced all major carriers and telecommunication property owners.

Requirements

• High school diploma required. Associates or higher-level degrees are a plus but not required.
• Driver’s license and drug screen required.
• Directional Boring Experience is a plus
• Equipment Operating experience a plus (skid-steer, mini-excavator)
• CDL and for-hire endorsement a plus
• Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile telecom construction experience is a plus.

Installation Technician III/IV or Lead – Immediate Openings

Perfect Wireless has immediate openings for Installation Technicians III/IV or Lead. Successful candidates will be capable of performing base station and/or DC Power installation work activities in addition to providing guidance to installation team members. This position requires industry experience, leadership aptitude, and technical talent.

Qualifications and Experience

• High School Diploma required. Some college or technical school is a plus.
• 3 or more years of relevant experience in the wireless, telecommunications or data communications fields is expected.
• Industry-recognized certifications and/or training would be highly regarded.
• Demonstrated experience in technical installation or cell site construction.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to read and interpret MOPs and electrical schematics.
• Knowledge of Ethernet and/or Fiber optic cabling, cable management, and termination required. Experience with base station installation, DC power, and RF cabling desirable.
• Leadership skills, communication skills, and proficiency with business computer applications.
• Valid driver’s license and clean criminal record (must pass government background checks).

Responsibilities

• Work independently to install power cabling, base station equipment, RF cabling, and associated hardware.
• Interpret design plans and follow project scope as provided by engineers or project managers.
• Meet all scheduling, construction, quality, and performance standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines from Perfect Wireless, OSHA, and carriers.
• Conduct installation testing such as power verification, cable sweep, and system testing.
• Maintain current certifications through industry training.
• Interface with project management, engineering, and operations staff. Use online project tools to manage tasks.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct. Work is typically on customer premises representing the carrier.

Work Environment

• Most work is in Indiana, but some out-of-town or out-of-state travel is expected (typically a few days, home on weekends).
• Flexible schedule; may require work outside standard business hours based on project needs.
• Employment is contingent upon successful background check, employment verification, and drug screening.

Perfect Wireless, Inc. has an immediate position available for experienced Tower Technicians. Offering very competitive hourly pay. Average 50-60 hours a week. Must be able to report to our Indianapolis office daily, lift 100 pounds, have a clean driving record, be able to pass a DOT physical, pass pre-employment drug screen and a background check.

Day-to-day activities include: Installing antenna systems on the tower, tower repairs, tower service, co-locates & raw-land new builds. You will work on a crew of 2 to 6 people.

We pay $100 compensation per night on-the-road plus regular hourly pay. Typically, only travel from Monday through Friday. Crews are off most weekends. Travel is required, but we do not travel all the time. We stay mostly in the Indiana and Kentucky markets.
